What is this feeling I am having

the feeling I am talking about is a certain feeling I get when I see a certain man . It is a feeling of warmth going threw my body . You know how you get a cold chill ?its the same thing only its a warm feeling going threw my body . Whats this mean when I get this feeling ? never had a feeling like this before .
