how to clean this up ??

my daughters room is a real mess she is unable to clean it do to an illness that she is going through .I even think she may have a problem getting rid of things she has tons of clothes on the floor tons of pictures books bills papers ?? where do I start ?

How old is your daughter? Do you have her permission to do this? I'm just asking because I don't want your nice gesture to be taken the wrong way by her.

If you're worried about throwing stuff out, start by organizing.

Wash her clothes and put them in a closet or dresser. Take the bills and try to file them for her into categories. Get a few photo boxes for the pictures. Basically just try and find a proper place for all the items.

If you come across stuff you think she should throw away or donate, put those things aside in a box for her to go through later.
