i owe the state of new jersey surcharges on my drivers licenses and would like to know how i can get one in Missouri so that i can drive back and fourth to work?

when you get a license in a new state, you have to surrender the old one. you can just hope they don't run your info to make sure your license is clear. but other than that, you are going to need to pay whatever it is you owe in new jersey.
