Hignschool, boys, and confusion ... need I say more ?

Hello everybody! I have a question about a guy problem that I have been having for a long time now. I am in high school and I am i guess you can say "friends" with this boy...lets call him Bob. We don't hang out outside of school and we don't talk on the phone or anything. ( I don't have a face book, or e-mail, or texting anyway )But we are friendly in school.

Here is my problem. I kinda sorta always liked him in a boyfriend kind of way even though I always had my main crush. However, I always liked our friendship and respected it. I have known him since 6th grade and only since last year have I really noticed that these feelings might be mutual. My question is: how can i tell what his intentions are??

Here are some of the signs that I believe that he might like me back.
1) He always makes jokes with me. For example, I have a food allergy and he always makes jokes about that and draws these cartoons on my papers about this food attacking me.

2) He notices particular things about me. For example, he said that he could see his face in the reflection of my eyes and that he could see the veins on my eyelids.

3) I always laugh at his jokes.. because he is really funny of course... and once we were walking to a class together and I asked him why he bothers me about my allergy and he said that he could tell that I got amusement out of it.

4) Also he does this thing where he grabs the bottom of my backpack when I am wearing. Let's just say that I wear my backpack low.

5) He sometimes ditches his friends to stay behind with me.

6) He has this other joke where he pretends that we are a couple and when I say something that he doesn't like he says "We are over!" and he draws hearts on his and my papers and shows them to me across the classroom.

7) He also asked me to tutor him in Spanish and English at different and multiple times.

8) He said that he had called me over the weekend a couple of times and I got no missed messages on my cell or home phone.

9) He brings up this boy that I told him that I thought was cute a lot and embarrasses me in front of him.

10) Last year, he wrote me a note and slipped it into my pencil case. I read it and it was all about this girl that he liked from camp. The next day he asked my advice on the situation. My best friend was in that class with him and I last year and he always only talked to me and would not tell her what was on that note.

11) One of my friends thinks that he likes me...but she really isn't that smart...sorry that's mean isn't it=)

I can go on... but I probably just sound conceded and answered my own question. But here is the twist. He doesn't just do this things to me ...he is kinda a flirt in general. But he pays more attention to me when I am in his class. Does he just like getting a reaction from me???????

Another twist....I know this is a crazy too long story...lately every since he heard me and my friend talking about this crush that I have now he hasn't done these things that much lately and the flirting is very minimum.
