Curly Hair : Embrace it or straighten it??

0

Hey everyone!

I am a high schooler and I have a simple question and I am looking for a bunch of advice!!

I have naturally curly brown hair. They are bologna curls but if i comb my hair a lot they will all come out. My curls are mostly under and on the bottom of my hair.

I usually straighten my hair with a round brush and hairdryer, but I am damaging my hair. What can I do to wear my hair completely curly but be able to have a routine that will fit my "before-school" schedule?

Products? Styling tools? Natural remedies? Tips? I will appreciate any suggestions thanks =)

On the days in high school when I applied John Frieda Frizz-Ease to my damp hair and shook my head all around ot make it wavier just lettin git air dry that way, people told me my hair looked. I put it back in barrette without brushing it.

try putting a curl product in it when it is wet. i have had great success with Aquage molding megagel (which i think you can only get in salons) and FX Curls Up (it comes in a yellow bottle). Whatever you use, the key is to get the product in before your hair starts to dry and frizz, and to use plenty of the product. DO NOT be stingy with the gel. and make sure you work it all the way through your hair. with the right cut, you should be able to wash it, put product in, and be done without having to futz with it.

just experiment and see what works and looks cute.

headbands can also be really cute with curly hair.
