Consumer rights when it comes to a Laundromat

Did my laundry and my son's at a laundromat and when I took my clothes out of the dryer there was oil all over them. The smell is very potent as if the dryers were oiled to work. The owner refuses to help me. I understand it states that they are not responsible for damage, but this is a whole load of my clothes his facility ruined. What are my rights?

You could try taking them to small claims, but I'm not sure what your chances are. The facility could claim there was something in one of the pockets that destroyed the clothes.
