Am I responsible for me feelings

I was recently in a discussion with someone that told me it was my own problem that somebody made me feel uncomfortable and that I felt there was tension. Am I responsible for my own feelings, and whether or not I am uncomfortable with something about somebody else?

it depends. yes, to an extent you are resposible for you own feelings. but that doesn't mean there isn't tension or that someone else isn't out of line. so i guess i would need to know more about the situation to give you are more detailed answer.
